To avoid trouble,You should while booking your hotel ask the reservation team about the location of the hotel and take the bus accordingly. While in Mussoorie
The mall is closed for vehicles from 4 P.M -10 P.M. So you have no option to roam in Mall Road during these hours. It is not that difficult since the weather is always pleasant. Entry fees to the mall are INR 150 for vehicles (for a day) it keeps on changing every now and then.
On the section of the mall road, between Library Chowk to Jhulaghar, you can take a rickshaw. Jhulaghar is the city centre of the mall road.
